Our journey in providing high quality Vietnamese food to the people of Perth started in 2019 selling traditional Vietnamese food like Banh Mi, Pho, Banh Xeo you name it.

Since then, we have continuously thought of ways to improve the Vietnamese family dining experience while retaining its quintessential relaxed and laid-back feeling. PhatLon was then established in 2022 and is the culmination of a family's desire to bring this unique dining atmosphere and ambience to one of Perth's most diverse dining precincts.
